The Benefits of Traveling
Traveling is one of the most sought stress management. People travel everywhere, domestic and international to relax and discover new culture, enjoy different cuisines and unwind themselves from all the hassles they get from everyday work. It’s no wonder why some people are willing to empty their savings account for a two day Caribbean cruise, go for outdoor sports in some parts of Asia, chill out in the magnificent views of America or have a romantic dinner in one of the fancy restaurants in the city of lights. Others prefer to roam around Asia because it’s relatively economical aside from South Korea and Japan. Of course not all people who travel are merely for leisure others travel for work like short business trips, research not to mention those who do it for their studies or visit their family, friends or relatives. The feeling to see the other parts of the world and have your pictures taken in famous places and landmarks is overwhelming and the memories are priceless. Interacting with people of different culture is like the application of what you learned in school, saw in movies and read in books. This is the real manifestation of what learning is that’s why some companies prefer to hire those people with traveling experience because they think they can cope more when it comes to dealing with foreign nationals. It may sound superficial but it’s somehow true because what they’re talking here are experience. One of my friends for example, who has a passion for both cooking and traveling go to some parts of the world to experience different cultures and cuisines. Her specialty is Spanish dishes especially Spanish paella and a lot more of those “Valenciana” or rice dishes which are known to be the most famous dishes in her favorite travel destination, Spain, as I see in Marbella Travel Guide as well. It’s also one of the reasons why she got hired easily in a famous fine dining restaurant in upper Manhattan.
